Visual identity design for Zoho Manizales, an innovative real estate project in the city of Manizales.
Comprised of a symbol or isotype and a logo or text that verbally represents the brand, this symbol represents the mountains that make up the landscape where the project is located. Mountains created from golden ribbons that simulate moving in a three-dimensional space, evoking the sense of depth that can be appreciated when standing at the highest point of the emblematic Cerro de Oro.
For this project, pieces were created for publication every weekday for three years. In addition to discussing the benefits of the real estate project, the aim is to provide valuable content to its audience and encourage foreign investment.
The most discussed topics during this period were the advantages of living in Manizales, the natural life that surrounds it, its animals and plants, iconic landmarks, historical facts about the city and the area, the economic and social development of its population, and, additionally, highlighting the striking characteristics of the Colombian coffee-growing region.
For Zoho Manizales, countless pieces were created over the course of three years of work, including the design and supervision of the signage for the offices and sales rooms, billboards located in different parts of the city, development of its website, blogs, corporate stationery (envelopes, folders, cards, letterheads), banners, flyers, pens, key chains, shirts, etc.
